ID per eQSL, included German - europirate?
Der Name des Senders ist "Sternradio", deutsch für "Star Radio" auf Englisch.  Vielleicht 22:30 heute Abend. Guten Tag!

Unid service - Asian/Arabic?  Fair reception - noise/fades/garbled. Could not find this on any database. Found a data base that listed this 90 minute daily Sudanese service broadcast.

1546 Have been listening for a while, initially 2 OM's talking maybe one interviewing another on phone, then transition music, to OM giving news headlines.  (Maybe on top of another broadcast)

Very Good reception - Low volume but low noise floor

2123 OK, part of loop that was tough to hear with deep voice OM is "Purge Radio International"

English service, Excellent reception.  Interesting frequency, I don't recall this frequency being used previously for a two hour block (1600-1800 UTC per short-wave.info) in English for midday on East Coast - was used for French service in 1200 utc hour
