1718 UTC - Checking out the 20 meter amateur band when I just noticed the PIP on 14265 kHz, signal is sS9 +20dB in WNY. One second intervals between signal pulses.
1723 UTC - Just moved to 14260 kHz.
1724 UTC - PIP is gone.

Josh, It's from the other British Guy Richie movie "Snatch" with Brad Pitt as the Irish (boxer) Traveler.  Both movies have a similar cast of characters.

0052 UTC - Hearing the PIPs on 12010 in CW mode, very weak but a bit stronger in tone than 10990, no perceptible signal on the panadapter.

2001 UTC - Hearing Mississippi mobile station in WNY, AM signals are S7-S9. Station 411 and others are working the frequency.

OTH radar is a continuous buzzing type sound, the PIPs are not continuous. I would describe them as a quick pulse that is generated each second, sometimes they pulse on one frequency for a series of seconds before they switch to another frequency. Usually the PIPs cover a series of frequencies and repeat those frequencies over and over.

0150 UTC - Carrier is S9+ 10dB at peaks in WNY.
0232 UTC - I checked the University of Twente web SDR and the carrier is S9 in the Netherlands. :o
1116 UTC - Carrier still going strong at S9 this morning.
1223 UTC - I checked back but the carrier was already gone.
