2201 talking (no copy) or QRM? , 2203 music,
2206 talking, US accent, probably an historical speech, fading up

You really heard Johnny Tobacco tonight, although without ID tonight (or I missed the ID). He often uses the other name : Radio Abu Dhabi. To the best of my knowledge, the frequency was 6284.96 at that time. Maybe you heard the beginning of the transmission tonight ? with songs in Russian, on 6283 then on 6287 kHz. 
JT has one of the strongest signals of the West European pirate stations, and for sure the best audio quality.

1945 Hmmm ... based on Ray's and Kris' comments just checked again. I'm getting nothing direct or on 3 SDRs in the London area (no carrier on waterfall or audio). I also checked them before posting the 'gone' above and got nothing. However, looking at the SWUK SDR,  that has a strong signal so maybe I just dropped into a skip zone and the signal when from 54444 to nothing in a couple of minutes.

cj468, that's typical : when the skip zone is growing, first you get a signal fading up to a maximum strength, then the signal fades down very quickly to nothing or almost nothing.
