Yes it is.  I loved their former english broadcasts to North America - especially their show "radio waves" which included music with radio in title/subject/band name.  One football (soccer) team playing - Atletico Madrid - is among the best in La Liga and Europe as a whole.  Atletico, surprisingly is up 1-0 in the best of 2, vs. Bayern Munich in one European semifinal. This is probably why REE is broadcasting

His shows are generally great.  His oldies shows are off the chart, he announced that the next one would be late May.  I'm listening on a 1936 Zenith Console 8S154, it's like being in a concert hall.
