Best described as "trippy" mixture of tones, voices and effects. I've heard the term Modern Classical in the past to describe this type of music.
Certainly works for Halloween

Signal peaking S9+10 - steady level, good prop into SE Mich.

0215 - Steady list of phonetic alphabet letters mixed into the sounds, so far my magic decoder ring hasn't come up with a message.

0225Z - Completed broadcast with WENO waterfall ID and then a jack-o-lantern outline icon on waterfall display.
