Translations provided by listeners of my SoundCloud recording.

"OHVAT-98  78  544  MOZG  73  14  52  80" Translation # 1

" The transmission is "298, 298, 75, 544, M O Z G, 73, 14, 52, 8.". It's repeated once. I'm having trouble making out the initial two number sets but they sound like 298 so it's what I put them as. Definitely x98 though "                                Translation # 2

Hey Token and all.  A comment or possibly more  accurately a question.  I have copied literally hundreds of both EAM's and Sky King messages over the years.  It's not uncommon that while monitoring the actual message, I can also detect what I would describe as "crew chatter" and "engine noise".  Sometimes when this occurs, I can locate an airborne E4B or an E6B over CONUS.

I guess the question is, Am I actually hearing "crew chatter" / "engine noise" or something else?  Also, if in fact the message was transmitted by an airborne a/c is it safe to assume the platform is an E4B or E6B.  Just a quick note, I am assuming if the EAM/Sky King is being transmitted by an a/c, the a/c is not going to be visible on any radar / plane spotter sites.

Thanks in Advance.

Been away for a while, sorry if already discussed.  But, I was wondering if anyone has got a best guess location fix on this station?  Last I heard, many folks were guessing Canada.

Spy Numbers / Re: HM01missing/off the air

I find it interesting that HM01 ceased transmitting just prior to Putin's arrival in Havana. It was noted on another board (sorry forget which one) that monitors have noticed an increase in Russian intelligence naval assets in Cuba recently as well.

Thursday night - Friday morning 06-26 0200 UTC 6770 with 40 -50 year old radio comedy skits.  Signal S4 or so with moderate fade on US East Coast remote. Monitored for over 90 minutes, not convinced this is your typical Pirate Station.  Definitely, worth keeping an eye/ear on.
