They must be back again at 22:13 tune in with a very strong signal.  Frequency is identical to the positive Radio Voyager ID before going off the air at 20:45.  Beautiful piano music now at 22:15 (not very Halloweeny, though!).  Best on our 100 deg 2000' Beverage antenna.  Thanks!

Listening from the Murray Harbour North, PEI DXpedition site and noted this week pirate in AM, exact frequency being 6949.934.  They signed off in English giving an email address as possibly Radio Dorothy at hotmail.com.   Ring any bells with anyone.  Possibly a Europirate rather than a N American pirate.

Same format at fair level into Victoria, BC.  Nothing else on the Pirate band audible at 03:01.  Not dark locally, for a while, though.

I could make out the digital SSTV image, but too weak to demodulate with my Mix W program.  Dead air until 03:33 UTC, when back to an EZL guitar piece.  Just checking my mp3 now.  Same station, or another?  73 from the west coast (Victoria, BC).  Reception is fair with the latter station.
