Stumbled into two LW broadcasters tonight..

189 khz AM  Not sure but maybe ISL?
4:12 utc  Female Announcer ID? ? language ? into Jazzy tune
4:16 utc  Female announcer same possible ID? into tune w/ UNID Female singer pop tune in English
4:20 utc Different ID Christmas wishes? Sound like same female announcer into UNID Christmas like tune, male singer, unknown language

182 khz  4:23 - 4:30 Various Female and Male announcers speaking French  Most Likely this is Europe 1 ?

Both have all but faded out by 4:45 utc. Here is a DDC waterfall of both..
(Edit) Up to 6:50 utc 189 khz has bounced back and is by far the most reliable tonight, good music too, 182 khz has been faintly audible several times
but often fades away completly

I noticed the Cubans were strong on 530 AM this evening so I zoomed in to take a look.
Lo a behold there was and NBD sitting in 530's lower side band.
I could copy both CW side bands and there was a strong carrier right on 526 khz

RWE 526 khz  Camp Roberts California - USA

Nice - considering this NDB was decommissioned in 2007!!

Note the group of UNIDs on 12/1/13 around 250 - 255 khz, I logged the exact
frequency the CW signal was on , not sure what else to do with them....

While logging NDB's I notice a signal in part of the LW amateur band. this is a first for me.

I listened and recorded from 6:15 to 6:35 utc.  It was a bit too fast for my less than novice ears but i got a few bits and pieces...
DE WD2XSH/10 , (grid) DM79GX, and QSL.  It did not sound like a QSO, but rather seemed to be repeating at regular intervals...
I looked up the call sign and see it is or was part of the LW experimental beacon network..  COOL BEANS!

MW Loggings / Radio Enciclopedia with Radio Rebelde 530 khz AM 5:10 utc Nov 21 '13

I've been receiving two decent signals on 530 khz AM the past week.

As per Chanter's suggestions last May 8th I have been able to ID Radio Rebelde by checking their broadcast on 5025 khz.

Radio Rebelde is usually the weaker signal at my QTH but some nights they trade places with each other.

I've  learned that what I used to think was CIAO is instead a UNID (for me) Cuban station.

I'm listening tonight and it is the same female announcer with the wonderful voice playing laid back (elevator) instrumental music.
Both station are audible tonight but the unid is as usual dominant. Unfortunately I do not speak Spanish.
I did pick out a few words of an station ID on a recording I have from the 19th. " Transmitting ? ? ? Radio Music ? ? Havana Cuba"

Here is a DDC waterfall capture from the 19th when the UNID was very strong and the only station I could hear on 530.

Changed frequency at 00:39 z to ~6950 khz  then off 6950 khz at ~00:47z

Hey RTN you were better off at 6925 at my QTH anyway
Now you are 1/2 under a big S9 +20 signal on 6940 khz from Radio WTFYWTCM

3:21z Noticed signal under RTN's Upper side band, could just hear bits of music few times when RTN faded

3:32z RTN off   S5 - S6 - rare S7 peaks
Sound like a radio drama ??
