General Radio Discussion / Signal on 6947.45 or so

For a week or so, I've seen a signal on 6947.45 or so which looks like AM on the waterfall of my Elad FDM-S2. There is a strong central spike that is about 50 dB above the noise and what appear to be very small sidebands.
What is it?

Flipped on the radio at 2300 and found fiddle music on 6950AM on 3 March. 35444 in Wyomissing.
Listened until 2304 when there was more fiddle music and I had to leave the radio. Gone at 0000.

Turned on the Elad, looked at the waterfall, saw a BC on 6925, changed to USB, and heard an EE voice, some music, and some odd noises. And it was gone. All from 2147 through 2147*
