I think this was the Argentine Pirate AD149.  I had it same time as well (2354-0010), got it quite strongly on a KiwiSDR in Brazil, then it suddenly left the air at 0010.

2358  ID by M over mx as "Goat F***** Radio".  Just before, he mentioned something about being the "#1 DJ, #1 pirate
         radio operator".

Fairly strong and clear.   Several times someone was running an AM carrier around the freq.

0139-0215+  Interviews and eyewitness reports to UFO sightings and abductions.  Incidentally, the lively mx between segments is the theme song
                    to the 1970's TV series "UFO".

Was almost fair at t/in, but really dropped down here in SW PA.  Had to resort to listening to a good signal on a web rx in MO.

2247 Interesting tlk by Zekey abt digital modes, acknowledged Dr. Strangelove, said rarely comes ashore, could QSL via bottle.  The signal
         suddenly dropped down and he said he'd have to go check it out, then started another song.  Back up to solid S9+10 then.

Hey Zekey, why is there a "second" feed audible in the background during your announcements??
