Could be. I seem to have heard that somewhere but can't recall the source exactly.

Signals for 0500-1000 UTC were all uniformly weak, and in fact there was no transmission in the 1000 hour at all, nor were any signals found for the remainder of the day at their presumed times and frequencies. So while I was able to hear the numbers, no digital files were decoded.

0007 big signal, very slight LSB band side makes me believe that this is Mix Radio. Tuned in at the Sigma kiwi SDR (MA/CT border).
