Started S=2, improved to S=3 for a while, then faded back down.  Noisy frequency.

0232  Unidentifiable music into a fast talking OM over music which ends shortwly after he finishes.  Rap (?)  Signal comes up so details are better: The New Girls Gone Wild" ad, 'In A Better World' - The Screamers (about 2 minutes,) omnious bass line perhaps with voice way back. "The Failure of Shortwave Radio Pt. 1' - The Moscow Coup Attempt.

Started S3 - right at the static floor, then up to S4 where is is just audible.
