Not sure exactly when it came on - not earlier than 0155, I'm sure, but 0159 was when I noticed it on the waterfall and tuned over. Weak signal with fair peaks.

There again tonight, frequency appears to be stable, audio fading in and out just as it had the previous two nights.
I wasn't going to bother looking for him tonight, but the board looked so empty without any logs after 0000z.

0309 fading, just at the noise floor now
0310 coming back up. Heard something about Thanksgiving.
0323 still on, fading up and down, getting occasional bits of what he's saying. I have the frequency centered at 7469.393 kHz.
0329 "God, the creator of Heaven and Earth, of all that is seen and unseen." It's easier to understand when it's something you've heard before.
0331 OTHR starting to happen nearby. Good thing he slipped down a few hundred hertz, it would be all over his upper side band otherwise.

0348 another unexpected change in frequency, dropping down exactly 200 Hz (.2 kHz) to 7469.193 kHz.

Just tuned in, he's been on for an unknown time. Seems to be wrapping up? Good signal, perfectly legible audio on my Satellit 750 with just its whip while I'm indoors with it.

Was scanning 19m at lunchtime earlier today when I came across this, a broadcast I hadn't heard. If I was at home using an external antenna, I doubtless would have had a nice copy. On the portable, it was just usable.

Strong signal today, as it was at 1800 on 14538 USB. Got a cleaner decode this time though, using Rivet (build 90).
This is the XPA2 that is identified as "XPA2 m" in the Numbers and Oddities newsletter, or the "Tuesday and Sunday" schedule at priyom.org. This particular schedule is generally the strongest copy of the four known schedules used, but it varies and sometimes it's simply not there. Is it intended for North America?

Not 100% certain but it sure sound like him. No SWBC scheduled for this frequency at this time. Good signal, able to get a very usable copy on my PL-600 with no external antenna.
