Through heavy fading, I heard "Interval Radio - we love interval signals" and "The best interval signals of the 60's, 70's and 80's" (or something to that effect). Also, several addresses given out (for QSL?) including ones in Canada, New York and Pennsylvania. Not hearing on networked radios in the midwest nor New England.

Just came on the air (@ 0000z ?) - audio's a bit weak, but ID sounds like "WLIF". Voices only (no music) but too much QRN to make out what I'm hearing.

153
I'm pretty sure the language is Portuguese, NOT Spanish. (I used to be fluent in Spanish, and I can barely understand a word of these announcements. Plus, most if not all of the selections are Brazilian, which is a Portuguese-speaking country.)

I had previously logged a few minutes of this station on New Year's eve before it went off the air (https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,91033.msg291089.html). Excellent signal here now (55444). I think I'm hearing announcements of the time on each minute.

Caught the last minute (off the air at 2049z) - minimum S9+15 with slight fading (maximum approximately S9+19). A weak carrier remains, as well as a weak USB station (pirate?) and a Spanish pesky on LSB.

156
Quite the powerhouse here - ranging between S9+30 & S9+40

157
Frank Zappa - "Peaches en Regalia". Averaging about S9+25 with S9 noise floor; some fading.

...and POOF! Off at 2329  :(

"Giorgio by Moroder" by Daft Punk (thank you SoundHound!) - excellent signal here - well above the noise floor with very little fading

Very weak - can make out a man's deep voice narrating something (no music). Presumably a pirate (based on frequency) but not totally sure.

Excellent signal (nearly S9+30) here with very little fading. I'm seeing the carrier centered on 6973.4 (using WWV on 5, 10 & 15 MHz for calibration).

I forgot to mention the frequency - 6965 kHz (probably obvious from the filenames I provided). That was the first time I came across this one, and I haven't seen it since, although as I mentioned, I don't spend a lot of time monitoring MW (when I do have the time to turn on the radios, I'm generally engaged in FT8 communications (callsign KC2KLC).

I'm not aware of any implementation of G-TOR that uses data packet bursts of well under 1 second, at 1 second intervals. It looks much more like CHU's Bell 103-compatible 300-baud modem signal. SigIDWiki notes that "CHU is the only time signal station that uses this format", but since this almost certainly isn't a time station, maybe they're using it anyway? I have no idea what Windows-compatible software might be utilized to attempt a decode.

Occasional HF monitor here. Have not been following threads regarding these type of signals lately, but I was hearing one earlier (02:30z on 26 Nov 2021) that alternated between 1 s pips and short (1 s interval) data bursts. The pattern appeared to match CHU to some degree, except (1) Wrong frequency; (2) No announcements; and (3) went off the air prior to 03:15z.

Any ideas about this - especially the data format? (I'm not yet up to speed on the Universal Radio Hacker software.) Refer to the following:

Thanks for any ideas!

Positive ID at 0227z. Signal booming in (solid 55555) - if it wasn't USB, I'd swear it was local. Quality is, as usual, outstanding for sideband.
