"You're not a happy camper, are you?"

That's old! The new one is "Happy as a Kurd betrayed by a Turd".    8)

Badfish was obviously BS'ing. I'd like to see a war between pirates and right wing talkers, with some hippie music of course.    8)

"He needs to go vertical if he wants daytime distance coverage."

Andrew Yoder posted

"Talked about how much the ground screen helped & how the inverted L was so much better than the dipole that he'd used earlier this year."

I guess he knows that.    8)

Still going after 0400 UTC. Can tell it's there on the $40 RS portable with just the internal antenna. Checked many Kiwis around the Northeast. Big variation in signal with no pattern to it. Probably due to them all using different types of antennas.

General Radio Discussion / Re: Are there no radio laws in Greece?

Carrier current is not really broadcasting, unless you couple to the long distance HV transmission lines. When I was a kid, one night I heard a guy say he was in Buffalo NY running a carrier current transmitter he built in his garage. I'm in W MA.

"A guy gave them work picking fruit out in the Central Valley, where they were locked in a barn every night after a gourmet meal consisting of a bologna sandwich and dollop of pinto beans."

Conservatives (who want to lock people up even if they did nothing wrong) are everywhere. Even California.

..that would make sense because I heard multiple pops...before it stopped.  R.I.P.

Troubleshooting tip: Turn the PS off just before you hear the first pop.    8)

"Serves you right for not running adblock"

For now I'll just wait a bit then click skip ad.

I need to figure out why in firefox after 67 the override colors does not work first.
