Huh? / Re: Al, you're a Cal-Tech genuis. Is Elon Musk a dope?

Wow, and after all this time I had assumed that "Elon Musk" was some sort of men's aftershave...

I did too, until he started raining rockets down on the planet. He's no Hai-Karate man, that's for certain.

The way he regularly crashes rockets has me thinking he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

There isn't much to hear. The past half decade has revolved around getting Putin a good set of lifts for his shoes and decent rug. We figure that ought to calm the little fella down.

The global elite should have paid more attention to Randy Newman when he warned us about short people in the 70's.

Austria via Brunei. I was the FANCO rep at this years Bilderberg Meetings.

Of course, if you read my posts faithfully, you would know that.

Old Time Radio is what we've been calling them, RW. they've been going 24/7 on that frequency for nearly two years

They were running Burns and Allen about that time last night.

Thank you Pigmeat! I mostly stick to shortwave broadcast stations, so I don't know the ins and outs of the Pirate community, thank you again!

Don't sweat it, RW. I think they're one of the more interesting pirate stations out there.

That's what that was! Due to storms, I didn't use an outdoor antenna just a makeshift indoor dipole into an old Sangean portable.

Signal was decent on peaks, but the noise was nasty. I thought I heard "Jesus Built My Hotrod" popping through the static mid-show.

Can you imagine how fast Fansome will be able to download goat porn with this precedent?

Equipment / Re: Cleaning circuit board in YB 400?
« on: June 24, 2015, 1923 UTC »
YB 400's and it's kid brother, the Grundig G5 are odd beasts. I've owned both. Sometimes you have to push the reset button and reprogram them when they lock up like that.

I often wonder the same thing, Al. My life was much simpler when Captain Ron was your keeper.

How was the jellyfish-lamb?

Have those pesky restraining orders expired?

5502
Don't sweat it, Ollie. I've been trying to figure Fansome out since the 90's. I'm as perplexed now as I was then.

Al is the foil wrapped around a penguin burrito.

Old Man Fansome's.

I wish I would have asked her what the backup plan would be, back when she and I were dating. Now we'll never know. Rest in peace Amelia.

You dated your Aunt? Sheesh! Someone cue "Dueling Banjos".

Oliver, you're skirting the boundaries of Fansomeland. Be very careful, he doesn't like people on his turf or in his skirts.
