Had this just above the noise with an accompanying humming noise at 1144 UTC and unid program. Checked back at 1210 UTC and not even a trace of a carrier.

I heard it too....it was a Paul Harvey clip!

Actually pretty decent signal into Victoria, BC at 02:09.  Heard the CW IDs several times.  Only about S5 on the meter, but no one else around (save 6915 intruder ;-)  Band is pretty quiet tonight!  73,  Walt   (canswl(at)gmail(dot)com.  QSLs always welcome!
Interesting.  Did I hear, "Our Father" mentioned just now at 02:12?
