It's not possible to receive Armenia on 1395 kHz in Central Europe during daytime.
The songs in the recording are in Dutch language. THis is one of the Dutch LPAM stations broadcasting on 1395 kHz, which one isn't possible to say without an ID.

That sounds more like the Turkish Jammer against Denge Welat.
I heard that weapon sounds several times on this Jamming programme and "Istikal Mersi" is the name of the Turkish national anthem.
