I tuned in at 2146 to a rendition of "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?", got settled, and then, at the end of the song, it was gone at 2148.

Likely OTR, but very weak and from 0023, when I tuned in, until now, 0038, unusable.  The carrier spike is 30 dB above the noise, but no sidebands are visible.
