That's the thing. Without being able to understand Mandarin, I don't even know if they ever post or say in a broadcast when or where they'll be on. The only thing I can suggest is looking for broadcasts on those frequencies at those times, and when you find one, eliminate CNR1 as a possibility.

For some reason I'm thinking that they stream online as well.

Happened to notice that this is broadcasting on 10335 kHz instead of the usual 10345 as it would be most Mondays at 0600 UTC. Very strong signal, SIO 555. Still sending the same numbers and files (see HM01 log October 2018).

2329 not very strong, sounds like rock or blues music
2333 ID (thanks to Refmo who heard it clearly) into more rock
2345 signal seems low everywhere. I tried various online SDR's east of the Mississippi to little avail.

I've been getting this 31m broadcast pretty regular, but if I'm up late (0600 UTC) they're generally copyable at 7255 kHz at that time.

Tuned in via Elida OH kiwi SDR, music is reminiscent of what unid pirate 6950 LSB was playing earlier.
2245 signal starting to fade. It's been playing more classical style music, but still pretty ambient in nature (edit, just recognized it as "Adagio for Strings" by Samuel Barber)

Just goes to show that "mainstream media" isn't a very meaningful phrase, other than to say that it's media that reaches a wide audience. Beware those who use the term a lot.
