Possibly Radio Lo Que Tienes, a religious pirate known to haunt that frequency. I've not copied them myself but your description seems to jibe with what I've read about them. Was it in Spanish?

2357 - SDR recording catch, at least until I ran out of disk space because I'm using HDSDR instead of SDRuno and forgot to set it to write to a different disk. Anyway, it sounded good while it lasted. Thanks for the show!

That's Reach Beyond Australia. I didn't copy them this morning on that frequency (although that's because I didn't scan 31m at that time), I did log them on this frequency at about this time two days ago.
