Pardon my digression....
-XLR8 was a Filipino boy band under VIVA Records' P-Pop Label. XLR8 is composed of Arkin del Rosario, Carlo Lazerna, the identical twins MJ and MM Magno, Kiko Ramos, Caleb Santos, Aj Muhlach and Hideaki Torio. They are regularly seen on the Sunday noontime variety show Party Pilipinas aired on GMA 7
-XLR8 can improve the speed, performance and functionality of your Arduino-based applications and projects!
-XLR8 (pronounced "Accelerate") is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Kineceleran from the planet Kinet. XLR8 resembles a semi-armored Velociraptor. He has black wheels on his feet and wears a helmet with a visor, leaving the other features of his head unknown. Whenever the visor does come up, one can see that he has a blue face, green eyes, black lips, and stripes above and on the right side of his eyes. He wears the Omnitrix symbol on his chest. He has five blue stripes on his tail.
-XLR8 means "Accelerate". The term XLR8 is often used in its literal sense (i.e., speed up). Typically, however, it refers to a brand name. XLR8 is used by companies selling eye makeup, herbicides and computer products. XLR8 is also a popular computer driving game. XLR8 is defined as a cyber term because some of its characters are used as substitutes for letters. Most cyber terms were introduced to reduce the number of key strokes required to write the word, but since the arrival of predictive texting and keyboards on mobile devices, this efficiency is no longer required. Nevertheless, cyber terms are still regularly used to make messages more entertaining or to express individuality. Cyber terms differ from icons because they are not pictorial representations. efore the digital era, we might have said something like "put your foot down" instead of XLR8.
