Unfortunately, I don't hear a thing on 6930usb here in Chicagoland, just light static from distant approaching storms, R8 & dipole.

Tuned in at 2339utc, fair/poor, light static, heard punk and heavy metal rock, heard tune "California man" then nothing, I wasn't aware at the time that it went up to 6940, I thought it went down to 6925 but that was another stn, R8 & dipole.

Does this station simulcast an FM station? Plus and minus 19khz looks like feeding a mono FM tuner without the 75µs deemphasis directly into the audio input of the AM transmitter. Decades ago I modified an FM converter for the AM radio in a used car I had by removing the deemphasis. The converter put out an AM signal on 1400 kHz and also the stereo pilot 19khz above and below that. I also was able to slope demodulate SCA subcarriers 42 and 67 kHz away from 1400 kHz. Driving along in Chicagoland listening to muzak in the car was weird. Stereo DSB difference subcarriers 38khz away sounded like crap.

I detect a weak carrier at low noise level, a few hz above 6870, don't hear any audio, anybody else hear it? R8 & dipole.

Just tuned in at 0045 and started recorder too, too bad I was busy with other stuff and missed 45 min of it, good sig, R8 & dipole. Several years ago I got most of the Wolverine xmas program on tape and made CD copies that I gave to fellow retirees, friends and relatives.
