Noted a carrier at 6982 KHz around 2058 and numbers in German at 2100, ending at 2104. S6 signal. H3E modulation according to "linkz" on #wunclub IRC channel.

I've been away from the radios for the last few nights, for the most part. So tonight is my first night seeing this thing. It is a BEAST that will hit S9+50. Going strong right now at 2301 UTC.

They said they offered the site for sale to some other operators but got no offers. At that point, the most recoverable value is probably tearing down the facility and selling the towers for scrap. I'm not sure it costs a lot to drop towers in a rural location like that. And, I doubt the marsh can be developed in any way.
