I checked a bunch of kiwi SDRs and the L beacon has a signal of roughly the same strength as DW on 4095.65

I wish I had a sense of the signal strength of the "old" March of 2022 L beacon that was on 4095 because maybe this is the same hardware but 1 KHz higher?

added in 4096.15  send L every 7 seconds. Strong in SoCal. Maybe it's the L beacon from 4095 that showed up a year ago February and went away?

I was looking at the spectrum around 4096 and spotted a strong (new to me) signal. It sends L about every 7 seconds.

Thanks to whoever built and deployed this beacon!

I've not looked at the kiwis very closely but this SDR

has two notch filters, "Notch 1" and "Notch 2" right under the volume control

I checked some distant SDRs:
Maui and HFU’s 8076 and 8077

Weak but clear whoops on all from DW so it still seems to have a good late night signal.
