Had the station from 0230 to 0530UTC April 5th here in Alaska with some english and portuguese language oldies.

Ive had a few spanish and brazilian speakers tell me some of the comedy bits (that are getting bleeped) are a famous brazilian group that does stuff like this on the radio there and thats where these bits are from. Some of the music is also brazilian and the language being spoken by these radio comedy bits is portuguese.

The audio is a little.. squishy like Brazilian audio seems to be

KSKO 89.5 McGrath, Alaska lunch time/afternoon show of music is broadcasting on Spaceline Bulgaria's 5900khz transmitter to Western Europe until 2300UTC today (Mon Apr 4th)

Spaceline is trying to draw more listeners with general entertainment programming and is using my live shows on KSKO as a test.

Here's some audio and report from my log of a Brazillian pirate on 10230kHz.

I heard this Tuesday March 29th at 0417UTC(Monday the 28th, 817pm local time). The signal fades in and out, but gets quite clear at times. A spanish speaking friend ID one song as a Brazillian singer and some of the speech from the Jerky boys type comedy as Portuguese.

Others who heard this in the NE US reported a wobbly carrier and squishy mushy audio which is common even among licensed Brazillians like Amazonias on 11780 or Missionaria on 9665(whos drifted way over to 9666.6).

HFUnderground folks also have referred to this station as Radio Cidades, which is apparently a name they've borrowed from two licensed Brazillian stations

I should add…0418 on the 29th.

They’re running some raunchy comedy bit probably originally recorded for traditional media, im hearing lots of bleeping… that must be naughty words!

0418 with music
0423 with talk by a studio host and a guy on the phone.

This sounds like Portuguese to me. signal is kinda weak and fades out quickly but is clear and understandable on peaks!

Wow, that is some impressive DX! I don’t see reports of reception of radio logos very often. Peru is a very hard country to hear on shortwave. Here in Canada I have yet to hear any Peruvians. The only low power Latin American stations I can get here are Rádio Clube do Pará (5 KW, Brazil, can be heard with very weak audio every night) and “La Montana Colombia” (? KW, Believed to be from Colombia). I can only get “La Montana Colombia” when noise is very low and even then it is extremely weak. It doesn’t help that along with the low power most Latin Americans sign off before it is dark enough for DX on 60 meters this time of year.

I've heard 4885 Clube Do Para up here a few times too.. dont recall its been too good when ive heard it though
