S9+ in SE Fla. Sounds good.
update: Just checked with the Yaesu FT-101EE with back to back mobile 40M whips and sounds good.

SIO 444 SE Fla

Nice signal into SE Florida with some QSB.
Tnx for the tip on bandwidth, I opened up the TS-480 to 5 KC hi cut and quite an improvement.

3-3-3 with QSB in S Fla.
I also received the sstv signal. Little better copy than above. "if no one else knows the rum is gone. Then is the rum really gone?"
Was hoping for an ID but no luck. I better stay away from the 151 overproof rum tonight.

Big signal here in SE Fla but I usually have a great path to that section of Canada (Ontario). Solid S9+10 to 20 over.

Pigmeat isn't paranoid, he discovered they really are out to get him. :)

S7 with some QSB into SE Fla. Some noise here tonight, more than usual. Overall easy to listen to. Better than all that contest junk on 40M. ID at 0102Z

Interesting and a good catch. I hear in almost daily around gray line on the 40 meter DX group I listen to. It is like someone throws a switch. BTW, I went and found my hard copy of the book. The price printed on the title page was $2.75. 1965  printing. Big money for a newlywed. And still married to the same woman. :)
Thanks for posting. I need to re read the whole book.

SSTV at about 0124Z. Great copy then off. Thanks for the show and pic.
