Finally putting my inverted V back off the ground. Signal went from basically nothing to VG. Funny how having the antenna in the air & not lying in mud helps reception. "Dancin' in the Streets"

I tuned in @0439 & heard about half of a dance song, maybe from the '80s? Long pause with no music or IDs following, so I left it & let it continue recording. Good signal

SDR - Software Defined Radio / Noisy WinRadio power supply

My WinRadio is much noisier than my R8 or R-5000. Just wondered what you guys do to reduce the noise floor. I haven't heard many people talk about computer/electrical noise with these, but it's fairly significant (typically around S6 or S7 on 43m)
