That one is not an RF DDS. I got one of those before knowing that. The HS output is a square wave derived by dividing the clock so its only 16Mhz/n. 1,2,4,8Mhz.
The other output only goes up to 50Khz I think. I never built it and don't have the specs handy. What you want to look for is something based on an AD9850 or AD9851.

Well, I've found out that because it's a Virgin Mobile phone it has a locked bootloader, so installing a custom ROM is impossible. I may be able to recover or reinstall the original OS if I can find it. But the programs I've found for doing that are all Windows .exe files so I would need to cobble together a Windows computer. I'm gonna put this project on hold for now.  >:(
