0508 UTC in west central Alaska … kinda noisy and weak  but can clearly hear music that just ended followed by a man talking. Was a bit of silence before the next track.   It was either a computerized voice or a very monotone human

Tef 6686, big ass loop, preamp and antenna tuner.

Were back on Ion Radio for a bit

This is apparently Ion Radio and reports go to them  ionradioshortwave@gmail.com

Back on at 2035 with reduced power, looks like trouble in paradise...

mentioning the frequency and language would sure be useful

For the record, I do not know who this is. It is, I'd guess, a fan of the station from hearing my relays on Spaceline Bulgaria's 5900khz. Reception reports will have to go to them once it is figured out who this is.

To my knowledge the only remaining Peruvians are 4775 Radio Tarma, 4810 Radio Logos, and 4820 Radio Senda Cristiana, and maybe Radio Cultural Amauta 4955 if they fix their antenna. I think the last one to go off before that was 5025 Radio Quillabamba and since they still mention shortwave on the web page, I have just emailed them to see if they have any intentions of reviving it. I'm going to wager no :)

I've heard all of those too!  4820 2 or 3 times, logos once or twice.. Tarma is kinda regular under CODAR if you know when to tune in

Ive heard this up here in Alaska!

Join me today (Fri) at 2100UTC on 5900khz via Bulgaria to Europe for a 1 hour Smorgasbord of pop and rock music along with a ton of local Alaska weather and community event info with a live relay of my KSKO 89.5 McGrath lunch time show.  Reception reports are welcome, please keep them short sweet and simple with audio. gm.ksko@gmail.com

The broadcast air time is paid for by a generous benefactor, not with station or personal funds.

Radio Guinea (Radio-Guinée) from Conakry with not a bad signal. SINPO 45333
Male speaker in French with news bullets interspersed with instrumental and drum music. Abruptly off the air at 06:55 UTC.

Classic DXing!

I'm suspect of this being Radio Guinea.. im fairly certain they havent been on air in years.

0655UTC about s when Voice of Turkey on 9650 in turkish would be signing off
