Fair signal in western New York, best on west wire, poor on southeast wire. First time I've heard this one.

Thanks, there are at least three others of these tonight, but the first one almost seemed like a program, not a phone call.

From time to time I hear what seem to be marine communications in Spanish in the lower end of the 6900-7000 band.  But this one is surprisingly good in western New York, seems like a speech or commentary, or maybe a phone call? Could be a program? Does not seem to be a two-way conversation, though maybe two men at the same microphone? Anyone know what this might be? I'm not a good judge of Spanish accents, but might hazard a guess that this is Castillian Spanish.

Very strong signal in western NY on 6950u

0212 UTC  "Failure to communicate" from the Paul Newman movie
0219 UTC  ID: "77 Lima India Sierra", playing anti-war music in response to war in Gaza
0220 UTC  Song: "Peace, Love, Happiness"
0224 UTC  Thanks for tuning in this evening. Playing anti-war songs as a counterpoint to war in Gaza. Let's pray for everyone. Over and out.

Thanks for the program!
