Yes, just searched through the e-mail archives & it's tunavekosmos/ at / hotmail <dot> com

Among other things, he said "Thanks for all your comments and it's good to know that you have also liked the Smoke On the Water tropical version. It is a German band and we love to play that kind of music on the air.
Kosmos is a FM pirate station which began transmissions on February, 1993. We broadcast music in all languages in pop, rock, jungle, dance, reggae nu-jazz and other music styles. Our promos and ads are always playing with funny things and humour. The software to edit our programmes is Cool Edit Pro 2.0 and the software to play back-to-back music on the air is Raduga."

I'd doubt that anyone would be confused because Jolly Roger Radio was a famous Irish pirate that broadcasted regularly with their own programming & also that of LHH & Britain Radio Int'l. It was best heard in the '90s & earlier in the '00s. I believe he relayed a few NA pirates, too, but the sigs were much better in the British Isles than on the continent. Here's what I could find on Internet:

Very strong with an old show (said on 6275 & via Jolly ROger R). Opening announcement & into Golden Earring "Radar Love"
Thanks for the relay!

Fair sig at best here, but heard the Belfast address announced a couple of times.
Great to hear Radio Ice Cream again!
Thanks for the show!

Excellent sig here, steady S9. 1 clear computer ID so far with slogan "the real thing." Psych song, now "Miss Lilly Allen"
Thanks for the show!

Thanks for the show! Maybe my signal would've been better, but my mast came down in a recent storm and most of the inverted V is down around ground level.

Someone weak here with OM vocals that sound at least somewhat like Tom Jones...
Please ID. I'm recording it, in case the signal picks up a bit later.
Thanks for the show!

Good-VG signal here with the sync detector on the R8 sometimes unlocking. As noted by everyone else, '40s big band & torch music, computer-voiced IDs with the gmail address, and Casablanca movie clips.

Thanks for the show!

Fair or fair/good here with trance music. Only heard one canned ID at the end, no live announcements from the Jack Pine Savage this morning.
Thanks for the show!

Presumably here, too. I can't just copy CW...I record it & listen over & over until I get it all copied down. So, all I did was record it & hope that someone else would copy it. Have a recording if the op is interested. Strong here, too.

Thanks!

Clear IDs with some promos and into "Popcorn"--I think the original version at about 0355. Fair sig here--better than usual for the 43m nighttime shows from RTN.
Thanks much for the shows!

Just caught the last 3 min of the show. Probably the best sig I've heard from RML.
Thanks for the show!

I heard it after 0500, too. Signal was pretty good here...I think about 6925.7 kHz AM. I had just hit Save on an audio file on my older computer that I use as a recorder & it took about 5 min to save the file. By the time I could hit Record, Toynbee Radio was gone.

Thanks for the transmission!
