It doesn't sound like Mystery 21 who normally plays dance music around 4875 kHz and is much stronger. Also he has clear IDs in English.
When I first heard I thought it might be Zeppelin as it is the same style of music.

It sounds like someone is playing old recordings of Laser 558 from the 1980s - heard Laser 558 IDs and music from the 80s.
