Steady S5 signal here at 2300 UTC...OM with ID, live time check and date, into UNID rock tune. Midsong OM came on with "You've got to ***cking kidding me, this is not the real song"....then back to the same song(?)
2305 UTC OM with ID, then a minute silence, into some ethereal Andean sounding music with flutes at 2306 UTC

I'm very apprehensive regarding the potential outcome of the next election. So far it's all a lot of hot air, flat rhetoric, and inflated ego's. I think it's time for a good healthy dose of pneumatic plague to put the country back on all 4 tires.....

Tuned in at 2304 UTC with OM giving ID, then proceeded to hit the play button on the recorder instead of record....the tape was of Radio Mushroom's last broadcast. I'm getting old and ***t like this happens more and more.

Signal came up rather quickly with "Whip It"-Devo at 2101 UTC
2103 UTC OM with talk including jingle
2105 UTC UNID pop song...signal varies widely with deep fades into the noise
Program seems to be 1980ish European pop tunes in between OM chatting in between.
2120 UTC OM with mention of "FRS"
2125 UTC OM mentioned an email from a Massachusetts listener...not sure who. Also a clear ID as "Your alternate on shortwave...FRS-Holland"
2148 UTC Signal has jumped up nicely now...pounding in here at the moment!
2201 UTC "Itchycoo Park"-Small Faces I know this one and it isn't the 80's

Here also at 1945 UTC with OM talk...signal not moving the S-meter, but audio is rising in and out of the very low noise floor. Partial copy at best.

Tuned in at 1426 UTC to an unusual sounding SSTV already in progress...rather long in duration as it is ended at 1430 UTC, followed by OM and then CW. Signal is S4 here with a low noise floor with some light fading.
1438 UTC OM with ID/email address. Nothing heard after this, so assume QRT

Back on this Sunday morning when I tuned in at 1242 UTC with the same ops chatting about fishing, their boats, life, and other things interspersed with plenty of profanity....a pair of true salty dogs we have here! Fascinating to listen to this. From the conversation I could glean that they were fisherman and not shrimpers. Mentioned something about maybe having a big "shebang" at Jones Beach in South Dartmouth, so definitely New Englanders....QRT'd at 1258 UTC

They were well received here also at 2157 UTC tune in, although one was louder than the other until a few minutes before they QRT'd at 2208 UTC. Not much talk of shrimping, but plenty of F-bombs and one of them mentioned about going hunting in New York soon. I wonder if the peskie conversations are similar in content

Nice signal here at 2105 UTC...barely moving the S-meter, but steady with a very low noise floor. Pretty much 100% copy. Using this as a propagation beacon, maybe this evening's prop will be more conducive than the past couple of nights
