Thanks for the tip on this one! Tuned in at 2246 UTC and spent a minute trying to tune in. I had one seemingly on 6924.1ish best using LSB playing "Oh Come All Ye Faithful" and signing off at 2249 UTC. Then headed over to 6925 AM to hear a Jimi Hendrix tune then that station signed off at 2250 UTC. Hmmm...cleanup on aisle 6925 :o

I believe this was Captain Morgan! Came back on later this evening... http://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,20016.msg71277.html#msg71277

Tuned in at 2113 UTC to Glenn Hauser's fumbling and bumbling alter ego! Hilarious ;D Glenn can't hear pirates out in ENID...fumbling through the World Radio TV handbook looking for details of BBC Programming
2118 UTC Running short on time...Tip for rational living..."Don't know if we have one"...keep it tuned to WRNO 24 hours a day and you'll evenutally hear the ***damn show...that's the tip"...Send your money to me...73's from Gland Hauser
2119 UTC The World of Radio theme music with babbling voices....la la la la la la la la la la ;D

 Now that was different!  ;D
Listened back on the recording and did a bit of editing!

Fair signal here at 2016 UTC with "Christmas Is All Around" version of Troggs tune, followed by Charlie with Pirate Radio Boston ID
S5-S7 here during Slade...prop is kinda iffy today ???

S4 here at 0059 UTC tune in on 6952.7 KHZ AM with an UNID song by Lady Singer. Audio seems good and mostly above the noise here.
0105 UTC Song-Man Singer
OFF at 0158ish after SSTV
Thanks for the show BZN and relayer! Can't get enough Christmas music this time of year :) Tonight I kicked back and listened to the songs fade in and out...magical!

Awesome! I was hoping for this! S9+ here into Western MA on 6940 USB with excellent audio at 0014 UTC tune in with a rather unusual song by a lady singer in progress. Loud peskie QRM on LSB bleeding over a bit.
0015 UTC Man announcer with..."You are tuned to Snowball Radio...send your reception reports to snowballradio@gmail.com, followed by UNID Christmas tune
0020 UTC Man announcer with ID, followed by UNID Christmas tune
0023 UTC Man announcer with ID, followed by "Cheech & Chong Christmas skit ;D
(Signal dropped down just a bit to S8...the NRD-515 has frequency as 6940.1 KHZ)
0030 UTC Man announcer with ID..."This is Snowball Radio, Snowball Radio...2014...Merry Christmas my pirate friends", followed by what I thought was "Feliz Navidad" by Jose Feliciano, but the lyrics seem to be different?
0032 UTC Man announcer with ID, followed by UNID Christmas tune with man singer
0034 UTC Man announcer with ID same as at 0030 UTC, followed by "Holly Jolly Christmas" :)
0036 UTC Man announcer with ID and email, followed by "All I Want For Christmas(Is My 2 Front Teeth)
(Signal headed back down to 6940 at 0036 UTC)
0039 UTC OFF

Thanks Snow Ball Radio! My first time hearing you and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Doesn't look like snow around here in Western Massachusetts this year...just rain :(

Really nice S9+ signal here tonight with minimal fading and no buzzing noises or noise here! Caught the "2,000 Year Old Man" about half way through. Off at 0002 UTC

Nice S9 signal and superb audio here at 2240 UTC tune in with "Merry Christmas Everybody"-Slade already in progress
2244 UTC Man announcer with...."bring you the rare and the unusual...on a juke box at CBGB's", into "I Wish You a Merry Christmas"-Billy Crystal
2247 UTC "Christmas Wrapping"-Waitresses
2252 UTC Man announcer ID'd last song, then ID'd the next 3 songs(Thanks Z! I wish all ops would do that!) then...."wishing everyone the best...Channel Z Radio"
2253 UTC "A Merry Jingle"-Groovies
2256 UTC "Merry Christmas"-Ramones
2258 UTC "White Christmas"-Patti Smith Group
2300 UTC OFF

Thanks for the early show this evening Z! I usually catch the beginning, then the band goes long on me. This time I tuned in late and caught the second half! :)
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I didn't post last night but did have a chance to listen back on my cassette recording. Can't add much to what was already posted, but as follows:
Tuned in at 0234 UTC on 6924.9 KHZ AM with a weak signal mostly buried in the noise. Sounded like "Holly Jolly Christmas"-Chipmunks? followed by a high pitched voice mentioning "Christmas? (the only word I could make out)
0239 UTC "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree"-Brenda Lee
0242 UTC Heavy noise now, but was able to make out part of "12 Days of Christmas" around 0245 UTC.
0245-0252 UTC was basically heavy noise, but sounded like a man telling a story? May have been a peskie
0252 UTC "Have a Holly Jolly Christmas"-Burl Ives(Signal picked up, maybe S3 and above the noise)
0255 UTC ID by child?, then "Dominick the Donkey"-?Lou Monte?
0258 UTC "Jingle Bell Rock"-Bobby Helms?, followed by an UNID Chipmunks tune
0302 UTC Man announcer with..."You're tuned to.....Christmas...North Pole", followed by "All I Want For Christmas Is My 2 Front Teeth"-?
0307 UTC "Run Rudolph Run"-Chuck Berry
0310 UTC "Twilight Zone theme", then Man announcer(unable to make out what was said), and finally an Instrumental tune played on what sounded like a music box, then OFF

Couldn't tell who was who or what was what during the broadcast, except the Twilight Zone theme was a hint :) There was some pulse type noise from 0303-0308 UTC, maybe local. All times are approximate as they are at the mercy of the calibration on my cassette player ???

After seeing Chris S posting here http://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,19982.msg71111.html#new
I listened back to the ID before "Dominick the Donkey" and again before "All I Want For Christmas is My 2 Front Teeth", and it was just like the writing on the QSL card! "You're tuned to the Voice of Christmas, the only station broadcasting from the North Pole"

Thank you very much Charles Quincy Loudenboomer! Love that dirty water! ;D
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Rock solid S8 here with sign on about 2353 UTC with repeat of the program heard the previous days. Good audio here except for some buzzing noise. Brief Ute QRM at 0013 UTC. I believe the Interval Signal is 7 notes of the song named "Burn Little Candle", and which is also sung by the child. I still don't get the connection with the baseball clip of Van Slykes running down the ball at the warning track (shades of Willie Mays in the 54 World Series). Does anyone know what that is about? Off at 0023 UTC after a long run of IS repetitions. Best reception yet since the first night of Hanukkah! Nice being able to kick back and listen to this tonight! Thanks Moishe :)

I'm hearing Christmas music as of 0201 UTC
0204 UTC ID?
Silent Night
Signal is just above the noise here but steady and listenable! I think I'll just kick back and listen!
OFF about 0301 UTC
Thanks for the show Radio Jingle Bells and UNID relayer! Merry Christmas to you and a Happy New Year!

Tuned in at 0136 UTC to a surprisingly good signal...maybe the best I've heard yet! UNID song with some fading into the noise.
0140 "Jump"-Van Halen :) S5 here which is good for Liquid into Western MA!
0146 UTC Signal dropped off rather quickly...mostly in the noise now >:(
0153 UTC Signal back up again! "Don't Bring Me Down"-ELO

I've been listening to this since Green Tambourine around 2345 UTC and signal has held up really well all evening! Some of the grooviest tunes ever written! ;D ??? ::)
OFF at 0108 UTC.....Thanks for the bubblegum memories JP! My teenybopper years came alive tonight ;)
PS.ByteBORG, you forgot the best of the lot....you didn't post Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!

2245 UTC tune in and I'm hearing one of those tunes from my youth..."Happy Together"-Turtles :)
2247 UTC "Dedicated to the One I Love"-Mamas & Papas
"To Love Somebody"-Bee Gees
"Daydream Believer"-Monkees
"Different Drum"-Linda Ronstadt
